The White Horse Inn one of '20 Great Little Restaurants in Europe' in The Sunday Times
The White Horse was in fine company on Sunday 14th of February, when The Sunday Times picked us out as one of their favourite 20 restaurants in Europe. Saturday 6th of March: Moretonhampstead Food & Beer Festival
On Saturday 6th of March 2010, Moretonhampstead will host it's annual Food & Beer Festival. We will be open from 9.30 in the morning for coffee and cakes and later of course for lunch and dinner. The pizza oven will be fired up and O'Hanlon's brewery will provide a whole range of their fabulous real ales. Don't miss this great day out!
St Patrick's at The White Horse Moretonhampstead
Tony Bayliss will again provide the music for St. Patrick's evening here at The Horse. Last year was a very civilized affair - this year, he has decided to 'sell out' and go 100% Irish on us! He will bring Jake Kyle and Carl Allerfeldt and it should be a very lively night! Tickets £4 on the door. The kitchen will be open as usual, so if you want to eat before the gig, please book a table now.
